El Tarajal beach, on the border between Ceuta and Morocco, has become the focal point of a new wave of migrant arrivals, with hundreds of people attempting to reach Spanish territory by swimming across the border. While some newcomers remain hopeful of finding work and a better future, many migrants who have spent days in Ceuta say they want to return to Morocco, citing a lack of shelter, food shortages and closed supermarkets.
