Settlers restrict access to Palestinian property

UMM AL-KHAIR, MASAFER YATTA, OCCUPIED WEST BANK, OCTOBER 11, 2026: Israeli settlers placed barbed wire in the sheep pen yard and plastic sheets in front of the windows of the Salem al-Hathaleen family home in Umm al-Khair, Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron. The Israeli military subsequently declared the area a closed military zone, preventing the family from accessing the sheep pen and backyard, where a newly established settler outpost is located.
